NYSE: MITT) (the “Company”) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.23 per common share for the fourth quarter 2025, representing a 9.5% increase over the prior quarter dividend of $0.21 per common share. The dividend is payable on January 30, 2026, to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 31, 2025.
