TWO PRIME EARNS SOC 1 TYPE 2 AND SOC 2 TYPE 2 DESIGNATION

Independent third-party examinations validate operating effectiveness of firm’s financial reporting, security, and confidentiality controls.

Examinations revealed no exceptions to SOC standards.

Two Prime Inc. (“Two Prime” or “the firm”), a leading provider of bitcoin financial services to institutional investors, today announced its successful completion of System and Organization Controls (SOC) 1 Type 2 and SOC 2 Type 2 third-party audits under standards established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Both reports were issued with no exceptions noted by the independent third-party auditor.

The examinations evaluated the design and operating effectiveness of Two Prime’s internal controls over a defined review period. The results confirm that the firm’s controls operated effectively throughout the examination period and met the requirements of both frameworks.

“As institutional adoption of bitcoin and other digital assets continues to grow, investors increasingly demand the same high standards of governance, controls, and accountability that exist throughout traditional finance,” said Alexander S. Blume, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Two Prime. “The successful completion of these rigorous examinations verifies that our systems and processes meet those expectations and reflect the discipline of our operating environment and the standards we maintain.”

SOC 1 Type 2 examinations assess controls relevant to financial reporting, while SOC 2 Type 2 evaluates controls relevant to security, availability, and confidentiality, as well as processing integrity and privacy where applicable. Unlike Type 1 examinations, which evaluate the design of controls at a specific point in time, Type 2 examinations judge how effectively those controls operate over time.

Two Prime delivers SEC-registered investment strategies, bitcoin-backed lending, and capital markets execution for institutions that demand precision, transparency, and disciplined risk management. The firm’s institutional clients include digital asset treasury companies, public bitcoin miners, hedge funds, family offices, and other sophisticated market participants.

Two Prime is dedicated to undergoing regular independent examinations as part of its broader commitment to operational rigor, transparency, security, and client trust.
