Templeton Dragon Fund, Inc. [NYSE: TDF] a closed-end investment company managed by Templeton Asset Management Ltd. (“TAML”), announced today that its Board is committed to supporting the Fund and intends to repurchase shares in the open market when the Fund’s discount to net asset value exceeds -10%, subject to TAML’s discretion and market conditions.
